"More than one household" uses gas, and if the population of household users (including renters) exceeds 4, they shall apply to the gas supply enterprise with the household registration certificate or temporary residence permit issued by the local public security organ. It is confirmed that for every increase of 1 person, 84 cubic meters/year-person will be added on the basis of the first gas consumption limit, and 66 cubic meters/year-person will be added on the basis of the second gas consumption limit.
The plan has also made special provisions on the gas cost of the people in difficulty.
