Number one: Explore your parents. In the case, the eagle reminds her of her parents' meticulous care for their brothers and sisters, that is, the eagle protects all the children under its wings.
The second picture: explore her in the eyes of children. She said that in the eyes of children, children are well taken care of by her in many aspects such as life and work, and feel very comfortable and warm. Then I led the teachers to carry out the theme activities of parent-child relationship.
The third card: This is not the card she drew, but another teacher shared her feelings about the card she drew. After listening to everyone's sharing, she suddenly spoke her mind. She said this card felt that the cup was a child. She loves her so much that the child can't hold her. She not only spilled it, but also broke the cup. The hands beside me are parents, feeling flustered and at a loss. At this point, I found her self-contradiction. On the one hand, I thought she took good care of the child and the child felt very comfortable. On the other hand, I said that children love too much, and I can't control it. Next, we did the theme activities of the transformation journey with the teachers.
? The fourth picture: This is a picture she took during her transformation journey, representing her resources and nobility. She didn't see what this had to do with resource aristocrats all the time, so after the activity, I made a one-on-one case exploration with her alone.
Picture 5: She keeps talking about the last picture. She couldn't see what it was, and she felt quite worried and scared. I tried to simply hypnotize her into this situation. By the pond, the breeze blew and the water rippled. I asked her how she felt. She said that she stood by the pond and looked at the water in circles, looking scared. I told her to open her eyes and look at the water. She said that she saw herself buried under the water by this whirlpool.
? Sixth: draw a card and see why you are afraid. She said that she saw a man running in front of her and making a face to scare her. I asked her, do you know this man? Has such a thing ever happened in life? She said she didn't know him. She never.
? Seventh: draw the card again and see the reason of fear. She said she saw someone cut her hand. She saw that her hand was not cut off, but the knife was on her wrist. She felt a little worried. At this point, I found another contradiction. The knife is about to cut into my hand, but I'm not afraid but worried. I asked her what happened to people who were afraid and worried in life, and what kind of people would make her worry?
Eighth: She drew this portrait card and said it was her. She has been looking into the distance for years, as if expecting something. There will be a little worry on your face,
Ninth: Draw a card and see what her eyes are looking at. She said that she saw the beautiful scenery of rainbows, clear skies and lush grass in Wan Li after the rain. I asked her how she felt when she saw the beautiful scenery. Looking at the case again, this character card said that her eyes were very satisfied and there was nothing to worry about, only enjoying the beautiful scenery. Then I asked her to look at the fifth and sixth pictures again, and she said she was not so scared. I asked her, she seems to have no fear of the future, and she has beautiful hopes and longings in her heart. Now that there is nothing around her that scares her, this fear should come from the past. What happened in the past that triggered your long-term ignorance and fear? At this time, I pointed out her contradictory thoughts about her son in the first two activities. She seems to suddenly realize that it really feels like this. She has been worried about her relationship with her son. Being too intimate is not her style. She is afraid of causing dissatisfaction with her son's family. Subconsciously, she told herself that she couldn't get along with her son as before, but she couldn't do it on the conscious level, so she was always in contradiction and her emotional energy was always stuck in it.
In this case, I have some new insights:
1. The case can't quickly see the scene or feeling presented in the picture from the card, which shows that her prevention mechanism is very strong, and it also shows that she has always had deep negative emotions that interfere with her objective view of the outside world. There must be a belief confusion behind every emotion, and helping her dig out her unreasonable beliefs is the key to the problem. In this consultation case, the case has repeatedly expressed her fears and worries, but I don't know why she feels this way. Keith is still wondering if this is for her health. If she hadn't been doing three activities with different themes in succession, it would have been almost impossible to find her inner core complex this time. She didn't show any information about health in the process of drawing cards and watching cards before, which shows that the source of her fear is not here.
2. The conflict about the case is the source of the core emotion, the hidden clue she presents in the parent-child relationship, and the key to open her inner knot. The key was always in her heart, so hidden that she said she had entered the whirlpool. It can be seen that her prevention mechanism is stubborn, and every defense is produced to protect herself. If she doesn't feel any discomfort, there is no problem. It is so important to explore the beliefs behind her fears, which has also accumulated very practical first-hand information for my future consultation.
