The Committee's reply on the establishment of Guang 'an municipal government procurement center re-established Guang 'an municipal government procurement center, which is a public institution managed by the municipal government and co-located with the municipal public resource trading center. The center approved the establishment of 24 enterprises. 1 director (county level), 3 deputy directors (deputy county level) and 7 department-level leaders. Functions and responsibilities:

(a) to implement the relevant policies, laws and regulations on public resources trading, and to implement the decision-making arrangements of the central, provincial and municipal governments on public resources trading. Accepting the entrustment to undertake the bidding of government-invested construction projects, the transaction of land and mineral resources, the transaction of state-owned property rights and the implementation and services of government procurement according to law.
