(4) The purchaser refers to those whose parents' property rights are above 565,438+0% (inclusive) and below 565,438+0% (exclusive), but their scores are low. The purchase time is subject to the registration date of the real estate license or the purchase contract. If the real estate license has been issued, the date on the purchase contract is invalid.
(5) If the grandparents buy a house, the household registration of the children and their parents shall be filled in as "house purchase" when they are in the same household registration book as the purchaser; If the household registration is not in the same household registration book, but the proof of kinship issued by the notary office of this Municipality can be provided, it will be filled as "rental" and no rental contract will be required. (8) The lease contract must be signed before 20 16 12 3 1; The signed contract shall be valid at least after 20 17 12 3 1, and the lease shall start and end for at least one year. When filling out the form online, the column of "Lease ContractNo." is the dormitory of the group or unit by default.
(10) If the applicant is a renter and my parents and I really didn't buy a house in Shenzhen (paper proof is not needed, it will be verified by the municipal real estate information center), extra points will be given.
3. Description of family planning certificate
(1) For students with household registration in Shenzhen, parents must register or inquire about family planning information at the community workstation where the household registration is located or where they live; Parents of students with non-deep household registration register or inquire about family planning information at the community workstation where they live; For details, please consult the community workstation where you live;
(2) Shenzhen registered students and non-Shenzhen registered students are required to participate in the verification of family planning information, and the family planning service certificate and the one-child certificate are no longer verified;
