4. If the applicant violates the relevant provisions of the Operation Measures of Suzhou Industrial Park for Priority Purchase of Commercial Houses by Talents and the Notice of the Management Committee of the Park on Adjusting and Perfecting the Policy of Priority Purchase of Commercial Houses by Talents, our company has the right to immediately cancel his qualification for housing selection and investigate other legal consequences of concealment or false report. No matter whether our company has passed the qualification examination of the subscription registrant or not, if the materials submitted by the subscription registrant are found to be false, invalid, illegal or incomplete when signing the formal commercial housing sales contract, or the subscription registrant is not qualified to buy a house, our company has the right to immediately cancel the selected house and sell it separately, without any responsibility, and hand over the suspected illegal clues to the public security organs for handling.

5. The same family can only apply for subscription registration once and get a subscription number, and each subscription number is only allowed to choose one house. As a family uses multiple sets of materials or the same set of materials for many times, it will be disqualified from participating in this subscription, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the customer himself.

6. If the subsequent house selection is successful, it is necessary to pay the house price by way of loan. Any cooperative loan bank in this project has the right to verify the authenticity of its bank account, credit information and other information and the source of its own funds, and audit the remaining loan amount. If the source of funds of the subscription registrant does not meet the requirements, or refuses to provide relevant certification materials or provide false materials, our company has the right to cancel its subscription qualification without any responsibility.

7. The subscription funds are only used as the intention of the subscription registrant to purchase the project housing, not as a guarantee for the successful purchase of the house.

8. In the subsequent house selection activities, once the applicant is selected, the house shall not be changed; After the house selection is confirmed and the commercial housing subscription book is signed, the subscription amount of 500,000 yuan will be converted into deposit, and the rest will be converted into advance payment for house purchase. If the applicant fails to choose a house after the opening, the frozen funds will be unfrozen within the next day after the opening. Please pay attention to the unfreezing situation in time.

9. After the applicant chooses a house, the offline signing and payment shall be handled in time according to the payment method selected at the time of registration.

The house buyer should pay the corresponding amount in full and on time, and go through the relevant signing and loan procedures. If the house-chooser fails to pay the house price in full and go through the relevant formalities such as signing the contract and loan, it will be deemed that the house-chooser has given up the qualification to purchase the house automatically, and the project does not need to inform the house-chooser again and has the right to sell the house separately, and the project does not need to bear any responsibility for this.

10. If the applicant cannot go through the relevant formalities in person, the trustee shall go through the relevant formalities with the power of attorney issued by the notary public and the personal information of the applicant, otherwise it will not be handled.
