Handling process: All units and individuals engaged in official seal engraving business must be approved by the local public security organs at or above the county level and apply for special trade licenses. Apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for registration and obtain a business license before starting business. Materials to be submitted: 1, application report for starting an official seal engraving enterprise; 2, fill in the "special industry application registration form" (in triplicate); 3. Copies of ID cards of the person in charge and employees and proof of no criminal record. There is no handling fee (the application form is collected from the local public security organ).
