Xingheng Expressway-Basic Contents
Xingheng Expressway is an important supplement to the main skeleton of the "five vertical, six horizontal and seven lines" expressway network in Hebei Province and an important part of the expressway network in central and southern Hebei Province. On August 28th, 20 10, Xingtai section of Xingheng Expressway was officially started. The total length of Xingtai section of Xingheng Expressway is 1 19.92 kilometers, and the estimated total investment is 107 billion yuan.
The project starts from the self-built Taizijing Interchange of Xingfen Expressway, passes through Renxian, Longyao, Julu, Nangong and Xinhe in the north, enters Jizhou and Zhaojiaquan in Hengshui City near Xiqian, and connects with Daguang Expressway in Hengshui North Interchange. The long-term route can continue to extend eastward from Hengshui North Interchange, passing through Taocheng District, Wuyi, Fucheng and Dongguang County of Cangzhou City.

Xingheng Expressway Management Office implements the responsibility system for all members of the leading group, covering counties and sections, and is divided into four specific working groups, each of which is responsible for the task of 30 kilometers, providing services and logistical support for the smooth development of land acquisition and map review.
As another important channel for Shanxi coal to go to sea, the construction of Xingheng Expressway will greatly accelerate the integration of Xingtai, Handan and other central and southern Hebei regions into the Bohai Rim and Beijing-Tianjin economic circle, become an important supplement to the main skeleton of Hebei expressway network, and help the regional economic development of "one line and two compartments" in our province. It is understood that the land demarcation and table clearing work of this project will be completed on February 3 1, and it is planned to complete all land acquisition and paper collection at the city and county levels by the end of June 20 1 1, and the project will be completed and opened to traffic before the end of March 2065438.
At present, Xingheng Expressway has obtained a loan of 230 million yuan from China Construction Bank.
