(2) Conditions and requirements
1, education requirements: those who apply for secondary schools (including vocational secondary schools) should have an ordinary full-time undergraduate degree or above, and those who apply for primary schools and kindergartens should have an ordinary full-time junior college degree or above. Teachers applying for specialized courses in vocational secondary schools are also required to have corresponding degrees.
2. Requirements for students:
(1) middle school (including vocational secondary school)
Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply for the exam: ① Ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates of Fuzhou urban students in 2007; ② General full-time master degree or above in 2007; ③ Graduates of key normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education in 2007; (4) In 2007, Fujian Normal University comprehensively evaluated the top 20% of ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates from all regions of Fujian Province; (5) Parents confirm that they are in Fuzhou (both registered permanent residence and working relationship are in Fuzhou) or that their parents were educated youths in Fuzhou who went to Ningde, Sanming, Nanping and Longyan, and now they are ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates in 2007 who have no other children in Fuzhou (hereinafter referred to as graduates in special circumstances); ⑥ Ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates who were unemployed in 2005 and 2006, and whose files have been deposited in Fuzhou Education Talent Service Center and obtained teacher qualifications (except those who have been employed and voluntarily gave up their employment qualifications); ⑦ Teachers of specialized courses in information, archives, accounting and vocational secondary schools listed in Table 2 can recruit ordinary full-time undergraduate graduates in 2007 (including those who were not employed in 2005 and 2006) for comprehensive colleges. Among them, audio-visual education, library and information, archives and accounting are teaching assistants; (8) Administrative personnel, administrative secretaries, health management and safety, and education professionals are employees. Among them, health management and security personnel require men to live on campus.
(2) Primary schools
Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can apply for the exam: ① graduates of Fuzhou normal full-time teachers' college and above in 2007; ② Ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates from other parts of the province in 2007; (3) Ordinary full-time teachers' college graduates or above who were unemployed in 2005 and 2006, registered in Fuzhou Education Talent Service Center and obtained teacher qualifications (who have been employed, except those who voluntarily gave up their employment qualifications); ④ Graduates of ordinary full-time normal colleges in 2007 who meet the requirements of "graduates in special circumstances" after examination and confirmation.
3. Subject requirements
(1) The experimenter is a teaching assistant. Physics, chemistry and biology experimenters are registered by ordinary full-time teachers college graduates and physics, chemistry and biology college graduates.
(2) General technology majors are registered by ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates majoring in educational technology, science education, audio-visual education and labor technology.
(3) The secretarial major (teacher) is registered by undergraduate graduates majoring in secretarial major or ordinary full-time normal Chinese.
(4) Ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates, majoring in Chinese, politics, history and education, can apply for administrative personnel. Health management and security personnel are registered by ordinary full-time normal college graduates majoring in physical education.
(5) Ordinary full-time teachers college graduates majoring in mathematics, physics and chemistry can participate in the primary school mathematics recruitment, ordinary full-time teachers college graduates majoring in Chinese, politics, religion and history can participate in the primary school Chinese recruitment, and ordinary full-time teachers college graduates majoring in physics, geography and biology can participate in the primary school natural science recruitment. Deaf majors and deaf language rehabilitation majors are open to graduates of ordinary full-time teachers' colleges and special education institutions above.
(6) Ordinary full-time normal undergraduate graduates apply for primary schools, and the subjects are chosen by the graduates themselves.
(7) Other disciplines require that the majors studied are consistent with the disciplines applied for.
(8) The recruitment of professional teachers (or teaching assistants) of ordinary full-time graduates from comprehensive universities must be professional counterparts.
Second, the registration method
1. Fill in the volunteers: Graduates who apply for middle schools can not only fill in a middle school subject volunteer (city or district), but also take the primary school entrance examination and fill in a primary school subject volunteer. If the middle school volunteers are unsuccessful, they can be selected according to the primary school volunteers. Graduates who apply for primary schools can only apply for one primary school subject.
2. Registration time: from the date of announcement to April 15, 2007 (registration is as usual on weekends).

4. Application materials: the original application form (which can be downloaded directly from Fuzhou Education Network (website: www.fzedu.gov.cn) and three recent one-inch bareheaded photos (five in primary and secondary schools). Put the photo in a self-provided envelope, with the name, school of graduation and major indicated on the back of the photo and the cover of the envelope), and the original and photocopy of the employment recommendation form for graduates (copy 1 copy). Undergraduate graduates of Fujian Normal University with a comprehensive evaluation score of less than 20% can register only after being audited by Fuzhou Education Bureau. Graduates who meet the conditions of "graduates in special circumstances" need to submit relevant approval materials for reassignment. 5. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the recruitment plan does not exceed 3: 1 for the disciplines (majors) recruited by comprehensive college graduates, the recruitment plan shall be reduced accordingly.
6. The registration fee is 80 yuan per person.
Third, the examination method, content and time
1. Examination method: a combination of written examination and interview assessment is adopted.
2. Examination content: The written examination content includes current affairs politics, educational laws and regulations, the application of pedagogy and psychology, teaching materials and teaching methods, and professional basic knowledge. Interview content: compiling lesson plans, teaching in segments, and answering questions from experts (professional courses in vocational secondary schools plus skill tests). The content of middle school teachers' interview is the textbook of the corresponding subject in junior high school and senior high school; The content of the interview for primary school teachers is the textbook of the corresponding subject in the third and fourth grades of primary school; Skills tests are added to the interview content of special education majors and kindergarten teachers.
3. Examination time:
Written test: 8: 30 a.m.-11:00 in middle school on April 22nd.

Fourth, the admission method
1. According to the written test scores of reference graduates, the interview candidates are determined according to the proportion of 3: 1 in the subject recruitment plan. The admission score is calculated according to the comprehensive score of 30% in written test and 70% in interview. According to the admission scores, the candidates are determined according to the ratio of employment plan 1: 1. The admission scores and the list of candidates are published in the public affairs column of Fuzhou Education Bureau and Fuzhou Education Network.

5. Considering the possibility of the loss of graduates majoring in normal education after employment liberalization, the best graduates can be chosen to make up for the lack of employment rate of graduates and the need for more teachers for career development.

Sixth, the official registration time
On August 16, the employed graduates reported to the Personnel Department of Fuzhou Education Bureau with the original registration certificate, graduation certificate and teacher qualification certificate. Those who passed the exam were sent to relevant schools to teach. Graduates from comprehensive colleges must also provide a degree certificate. Those who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate must obtain the teacher qualification during the probation period, otherwise they cannot be formally employed as teachers. Candidates who practise fraud or fail to pass the examination of relevant documents will be disqualified.
