Prior to this, everyone needs to bring the purchase contract, ID card and other relevant documents to inquire about the filing information of the purchased house.

What is the process of housing filing?

1. The development company submits the commercial housing sales contract online: the development company logs into the "online office platform" of the Property Market Department of the Municipal Bureau of Land Resources and Housing Management with a password, and submits the signed commercial housing sales contract online. Submission is not limited by time and place, and can be submitted at any time.

2. The property market department confirms the submitted commercial housing sales contract: the property market department checks the commercial housing sales contract submitted by the development company online, and confirms it after it is correct, thus generating the housing registration number. The filing time is working hours on weekdays.

3. The development company fills in the registration number: the development company fills in the registration number in the corresponding position on the cover of the commercial housing sales contract, and the contract is registered. The development company shall hand over the original contract to the buyer. If the buyer borrows money to buy a house, the development company shall hand over the original contract to the buyer after completing the mortgage registration and other procedures.

4. Contract Registration Form submitted by the development company: According to the registered commercial housing sales contract, the development company fills in the Registration Form of Commercial Housing Sales Contract, prints it, stamps it with the official seal of the company, and submits it to the property rights market in duplicate.

5. The format of the sales contract registration form is the same as the registration form used. The registration form can be obtained from the property market or downloaded from the "Office Function" on the home page of the property market.

Generally speaking, the record price of the house will be publicized in the Price Bureau or the Housing Authority. There are two ways to let you know what the filing price of the house you want to buy is:

1. Log on to the official website of housing security and housing management.

2. Select the service hall in the navigation bar, and click the commodity house project query under personal service.

3. Enter the project name and find the building information. Click on the property list, select the building, floor and room number of the house you want to buy, and you will see the record price of the house.
