Smart construction site refers to accurate design and construction simulation of construction projects based on BIM technology with the help of information technology, establishing an interconnected, collaborative, intelligent production and scientific management of construction engineering information ecosystem, and comparing and analyzing data and collected engineering information in virtual reality environment, providing trend prediction and expert treatment scheme, realizing visualization and intelligent management of engineering construction, thus improving the level of informatization and gradually realizing green construction and ecological construction of construction industry. It embeds 3S, VR/AR, AI and other technologies into buildings, construction machinery, personal wearing equipment, construction site gates and other objects to realize universal interconnection and integration with the Internet, thus achieving the perfect combination of human factors in construction projects and physical factors in construction sites, and improving the clarity, efficiency, flexibility and response speed of interaction.
Taking a key project as an example, when the project was established, the user department clearly proposed to increase the application of intelligent and information technology in the project construction process. Guided by the new development concept, we will make full use of advanced technology to promote the construction of smart sites, improve the management level of project construction, strive to practice the concepts of ecology, green and environmental protection, improve the safety quality and management level of site construction, and take this as a demonstration project to promote the intelligent and information-based practice of the same industry in the project construction process.
An intelligent construction site of a key project organically integrates many links such as the constructor, supervisor, supplier, user and project manager. The architecture includes infrastructure layer, data acquisition layer, data storage layer, data service layer, data application layer, information security system and standard specification system.
