In the past six months, despite the fetters of the busy and balanced development of compulsory education, the task of the studio has not stopped, nor has learning and growth stopped. Under the guidance of teacher Zhang Aiyun, the friends worked together to overcome difficulties and grow together. The process is happy and unforgettable, and the result is happy and gratifying.

First, strengthen study.

This semester, we plan to set up a reading club on the basis of class practice and project research to sublimate ourselves in theory and benefit others in practice. At the same time, with the help of the excellent platform of the studio, I actively learn from everyone and the famous teachers in the class teacher industry. Actively participate in online learning through wechat group, cctalk and various network resources. In view of the confusion in the learning process, we get the analysis and discussion of the studio team, educate * * * with everyone's strength and provide theoretical basis for better promoting the next stage of education and teaching.

Zhang, the principal of the Second Experimental Primary School, the vice principal, Zhang Aiyun, the host of the class teacher's studio, and all the members of the studio attended the meeting. Through today's meeting, I, a new member, made clear the direction of my future efforts, understood the focus of the studio work, and laid the foundation for the scientific planning of this semester.

This seminar also pointed out the way forward for everyone, let us understand that we need to go to the field again if we want to reach our destination quickly and accurately.

Through the coach's dialogue in N Normal College, we try to practice dialogue with children, in order to communicate with them deeply, introduce a beam of light into their hearts and light up the future. Soon after, I received a letter from my child. The first sentence in the letter said: "A good principal who is only busy with work: Hum!" I can clearly feel the children's small emotions, because they have doubts: "Can't you spend a year running the school and (then) take time to see us and spend time with us?" Because I once told them: "Life without regrets is not perfect. I teach them this course, which can only affect their class. I have to consider the development of the whole school, and I can only reluctantly give up their classes and dedicate my love to more children. " However, they told me in the letter that they would rather exchange the perfection of life for the so-called regret, just to let me teach them math again.

After reading this letter from a student with tears in his eyes, I was silent for a long time and my eyes were wet. I didn't know that I didn't continue to teach them, which would bring them such great influence and harm. I think they fought with me on a whim. This letter from the children made me think: how to continue to be a good teacher in the hearts of the children while trying to be a good principal? How to create a field of spiritual dialogue in mutual empowerment?

First, I had a tentative dialogue with them in the form of focus discussion. Objectivity: What is the reading club in your eyes? Reaction: What do you think of our decision to set up a reading club? What will you or you get? What do you want from it? Explanatory question: Why set up a reading club? What is the significance of forming a reading club? What will he bring to everyone and the school? Decisive question: What are you going to do in the future?

I hope that with the help of reading societies, we can guide more children to protect books, share stories in each book, let more people know the fun of reading, and truly make our campus a "scholarly campus" by reading and protecting books together. It is generally believed that the establishment of a reading club can help more children, and members can gain more by sharing their reading feelings and exchanging ideas. Joining the reading club can also grow up with everyone, encourage each other to develop the habit of reading, and cultivate their self-care ability by participating in the management of books.

I have been committed to the promotion of reading. Although there are many difficulties, I have been persevering. With the help of Qi Ming Bookstore, our school now has a library with more than 1000 volumes, and each class has also established a mini-book corner. The average annual reading volume is more than 40, and it is only a matter of time before it is completed from scratch. I saw the planned online course and the childhood class in Beijing. I seem to see the children's hope and bright future.

Although there is still a big gap with the real education equity, at least at present our school has a function room and a decent multimedia classroom. We can make use of network resources and public welfare resources to let children enjoy sunshine education, characteristic education and better education. In the new semester, try to offer all courses or some excellent courses at school, sum up experiences and lessons in practice, and lay the foundation for children's lifelong development.

Third, task-driven

Zhang Aiyun's famous teacher studio is determined to write reading notes and teaching essays once a month to lay the foundation for the growth of friends in reading and writing. Driven by the task, I always insist on reading by myself. This semester, I started reading Wei Shusheng's This Is How I Teach from September 1, and I was reading Manabu Sato's Silent Revolution from February 3 1 in 2020, which lasted for four months. * * * read 14 books and gained a lot.

This semester is over, but I understand that the study in the studio has just begun. There will be more follow-up study and communication activities with the host friends in the future. After school starts in the spring, I will carry out PBL project-based learning design of dialogue life under mutual guidance, combine my successful experience with educational practice, and combine my teaching philosophy with Mr. Tao Xingzhi's teaching, so as to truly integrate knowledge with practice.
