Specific responsibilities are as follows: 1. The person in charge of the project of the construction unit shall take full responsibility for the quality of the project, and shall not contract the project illegally or dismember it, and shall not ask the survey, design, construction and supervision units to reduce the quality of the project in violation of laws, regulations and engineering construction standards for any reason, and shall be responsible for the engineering quality accidents or quality problems caused by their illegal or improper behavior. 2.
