Two. Central huijin Investment Co., Ltd., China Yin Jian Investment Co., Ltd., State Grid Corporation of China, Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation and China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. are approved as the promoters of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd.
Three. Approved the business scope of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. as follows:
(1) Absorbing public deposits;
(2) Short-term, medium-term and long-term loans;
(3) Handling domestic and international settlement;
(4) Handling bill acceptance and discount;
(5) Issuing financial bonds.
(6) Acting as an agent to issue, honor and underwrite government bonds;
(7) buying and selling government bonds and financial bonds;
(eight) engaged in interbank lending;
(9) Acting as an agent for buying and selling foreign exchange;
(ten) engaged in bank card business;
(eleven) to provide letter of credit services and guarantees;
(12) Agency payment and insurance agency business;
(thirteen) to provide safe deposit box services;
(14) Other businesses approved by the China Banking Regulatory Authority and other regulatory agencies.
4. Approve the qualifications of Zhang Enzhao as the chairman, vice chairman and president of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd., Xie Duyang as the supervisor, Liu Shulan, Luo Zhefu and vice president; The qualifications of other directors and senior managers shall be approved separately according to the prescribed procedures.

After the change, the name will be abbreviated as "China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. +XX Branch" or "China Construction Bank +XX Branch" without further approval. The renaming of your branches and the renewal of financial licenses can be completed within one year after the renaming of the head office.
The intransitive verb "Articles of Association of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd." will be submitted to our Committee for approval after it is adopted by the founding meeting of the company.
Seven, you should hold this article to the China Banking Regulatory Commission to receive the "China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. Financial License", and to the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for registration of change. The relevant changes after the restructuring of your bank will be announced by your bank in a unified manner, and there is no need for all branches to make separate announcements.
