The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application conditions
(1) Persons who meet the following conditions may apply for the examination:
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. 18 years old and under 35 years old (born between 1 February 987 1 and February 20051).
In 2023, master's and doctoral candidates (non-employed) were relaxed to under 40 years old (1 born after February, 9821).
If there are special requirements for age, the post table of civil servants in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the post table, see Annex 1) shall prevail;
3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;
4. Have good political quality and moral conduct;
5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
6. Have the education level and working ability that meet the post requirements (graduates of senior classes and preparatory technician classes in technical colleges can apply for junior college and undergraduate courses respectively);
7. Have other qualifications required for the position:
(1) To apply for the position of "having more than 2 years of grassroots work experience", you must work at the grassroots level for more than 2 years;
(2) Applicants for directional recruitment positions of "University Student Village Officer", "Three Supports and One Support" and "Volunteer of the Western Plan" (referred to as "Three Project Personnel") must have served in Ningxia for 2 years and passed the examination.
After leaving the service post, such personnel enjoy the five-year targeted recruitment policy, that is, they must be those whose service expires after February 20 18+0.
Anyone who has enjoyed this policy in the open recruitment (employment) of government agencies and institutions and has filed (employment) will no longer enjoy this policy;
(3) Those who apply for the targeted recruitment positions of "retired soldiers of college graduates" and "retired soldiers" must be Ningxia household registration, Ningxia students or retired soldiers who joined the army in Ningxia;
(4) Apply for directional recruitment positions for on-the-job personnel in local institutions (excluding schools and hospitals) in hard and remote areas (nine counties in southern Ningxia and all towns and villages in the whole region), and the employment period must be accumulated for 5 years;
(5) Those who apply for targeted recruitment positions for fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 must be fresh graduates of domestic ordinary higher education in 2023;
(6) Those who apply for positions such as court system judge assistant, procuratorate system prosecutor assistant, investigation assistant, administrative punishment decision reconsideration, administrative reconsideration, administrative ruling, and legal adviser of administrative organs must pass the national legal professional qualification examination and obtain legal professional qualification certificates suitable for the positions they apply for;
(7) Those who apply for police positions in courts, procuratorates, public security and judicial systems (hereinafter referred to as "political and legal systems") must pass physical fitness assessment.
8. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
(2) The following persons shall not apply:
1. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime;
2. Being expelled from China * * * Party membership;
3. Being expelled from public office;
4. Civil servants who have been dismissed for less than 5 years and staff of administrative organs (units) who are managed according to the Civil Service Law;
5. Being listed as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty according to law;
6. It is found that there are serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, and the application period is still limited;
7. On-the-job civil servants and staff of administrative organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law;
8. Full-time non-2023 graduates studying in ordinary colleges and universities;
9. Military personnel;
10. Applicants are not allowed to apply for the positions listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for the positions of leading members of the employer who has a husband-and-wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations and a close marriage relationship;

All kinds of qualification certificates of grassroots work experience, age, political outlook, application conditions or post qualifications, unless the post has clear requirements, the deadline is February 2023 1.
Candidates for college graduates in 2023 must obtain their diplomas and degree certificates before July 3, 20231.
Second, the registration method
(1) Inquiries about the positions applied for.
For information about the positions, numbers, qualifications and test paper types to be recruited by each recruitment agency, please refer to the position table for details.
Applicants who need to consult the qualifications required for the position to be applied for can directly contact the recruitment agency (the contact number of the recruitment agency is listed in the position table).
For a detailed answer to the recruitment policy, please refer to the Guidance Notes (see Annex 3).
Instructions for Application have the same effect as this announcement.
The major reported by the applicant must be a major corresponding to the academic level required for the proposed position. When applying for the exam, it is necessary to distinguish whether the professional requirements of the position are "subject category", "professional category" or "specific major".
Whether the major meets the job requirements is subject to the graduation certificate, and the degree certificate is not used as the basis for judging the major.
(2) Registration method
This recruitment takes the form of online registration.
Registration, preliminary qualification examination and payment are carried out simultaneously through the network.

(3) Registration time
Candidates will register on the registration website from 9:00 on February 1 Sunday to 9: 00 on February 18:00.
Among them, the registration time for the police position in the political and legal system requiring physical fitness assessment is from 9: 00 on February 6, 2023 to 6:5438+0-6:5438+08:00 on February 3, 2023.
The online registration system will be temporarily closed on February 3rd 18:00, reopened on February 4th 10:00, and closed on time on February 9th 18:00. No supplementary application will be made after the deadline.
The registration status of each position will be announced at 10:00 every morning during the registration period for candidates' reference.
(4) Registration procedure
1. Enter the registration system.
After clicking "Online Registration" on the homepage of Ningxia Personnel Testing Center, select "Ningxia 2023 Examination for Civil Servants".
2. User registration.
Please fill in my name and ID number accurately when registering, and keep my user name and password properly.
3. upload photos.
After the registration is completed, upload the photos that have been approved and automatically generated by the "Personnel Examination Photo Auditing and Processing Tool" software.
The software "Personnel Examination Photo Audit Processing Tool" is downloaded from the login interface of the registration system. Please read the readme.doc file carefully after decompression.
The uploaded photos must be recent bareheaded photos.
4. Fill in the registration information.
Read carefully and "accept" this notice and the letter of commitment of good faith, fill in my registration information completely and truthfully as required, and then click the "Confirm" button to submit.
Each applicant can only apply for one position.
The identity documents used for registration and examination must be consistent.
The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided.
Anyone who does not enjoy the bonus policy due to the omission of bonus information will not be given bonus points; Anyone who provides false application materials and redundant information will be disqualified once verified.
Anyone who forges or alters relevant documents, materials and information to defraud the examination qualification will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions on dealing with violations of discipline and discipline in the recruitment of civil servants.
5. Query the preliminary qualification examination results.
The preliminary qualification examination is the responsibility of the recruitment agencies.
Applicants should log on to the registration website 1 0 working days after submitting the application (applicants who registered on the last 1 registration day should check the preliminary evaluation results in time on the same day).
If the application information is not submitted or fails to pass the preliminary qualification examination, it can be changed to other positions before the registration deadline; Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination but have not yet gone through the payment procedures can be reported to the original qualification examination unit for approval, and then report to other positions after resetting the audit status; Those who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination and fail to report to other positions before the deadline for registration shall be deemed to have given up registration.
6. Physical fitness assessment.
Applicants for police positions in the political and legal system should first register online (the registration information is in a confirmed and pending state after registration) and participate in physical fitness assessment in accordance with relevant regulations (applicants for prison doctor positions in the prison system do not participate in physical fitness assessment).
Those who fail the physical fitness assessment can change to other positions that do not require physical fitness assessment before the registration deadline.
Those who pass the physical examination cannot change to other posts.
