Relevant regulations and requirements of transfer examination
Inter-provincial transfer
Inter-provincial transfer refers to the transfer of electronic files of self-taught candidates from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to Sichuan Province to continue taking the exam. Candidates who need to handle inter-provincial transfers should first go through the inter-provincial transfer procedures in the transfer provinces.
Transfer-in requirements:
(1) Candidates have passed at least one course in our province and passed the self-study examination for higher education in our province;
(2) the information of electronic files transferred to our province shall be subject to the electronic files transferred to provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) through the national "inter-provincial electronic transfer platform";
(3) Transfer candidates should obtain qualified scores of not less than 5 specialties and not less than 4 undergraduate courses in our province before going through graduation procedures.
The following circumstances shall not be transferred:
(1) The basic information of the transferred provincial examination books is inconsistent with that of our province;
(2) The name and code of the course that the candidate intends to transfer to the original provincial examination are inconsistent with the existing examination courses in our province;
(3) The corresponding graduation thesis scores, exam-free qualified scores and practical link assessment scores in theoretical courses.
The course exemption is based on the relevant requirements of Sichuan Higher Education Self-taught Examination Rules (2006 Edition). Candidates who provide false certificates or false certification materials shall be dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Decree No.33 of the Ministry of Education).
Electronic information needs to be submitted.
(1) Changing the examination record refers to correcting the personal information of the candidates who are wrong or changed by the public security organs according to law, including name, gender, nationality and ID number. Once the electronic photos are collected, they will not be changed in principle.

1. Sichuan Higher Education Self-study Examination Change Application Form.
2. My valid ID card (posted on the application form).
3. The original of the following relevant certificates issued by the public security household registration management department:
(1) If you change your name, you must submit a single page of the household registration book containing your current name and previous name or the original household registration certificate issued by the public security household registration management department. If there is no previous name in the household registration book, the original name change certificate issued by the public security household registration management department shall be submitted;
(2) to change the ID number, the original ID number correction certificate issued by the public security household registration management department shall be submitted.
(3) Special note: Candidates who need to change their major must submit the Application Form for Changing their Major in Sichuan Higher Education Self-taught Examination within the registration time.
