The tunnel is located in ma jia zhuang xiang, Heyang County, Shaanxi Province, with a total length of 9362m m. It is the longest loess tunnel with the largest cross section on Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line, one of the key control projects of the whole line, and also the "throat" and key control project of Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line. The surrounding rock of the tunnel is 8300m in Grade IV and 800m in Grade V1062m, belonging to collapsible loess stratum. Soft soil, extremely low bearing capacity, sinking in water. There are adverse geological problems such as uneven mountain, shallow burial, landslide and collapse in different degrees, and the construction is extremely difficult. Since the construction of the 10 tunnel in April, the employees of China Railway 11th Bureau Group have scientifically organized and adopted advanced construction methods such as "double side wall method", "CRD method" and "three-step and seven-step excavation method", actively strengthened the initial support, closed the ring as soon as possible, followed the inverted arch closely, carefully predicted and measured, and successfully achieved "zero safety accidents and zero quality defects". The completion of Majiazhuang Tunnel has accumulated valuable experience for the construction of collapsible loess in long tunnels and laid a solid foundation for the completion and opening of Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line on schedule.

Construction workers broke through many obstacles and safely opened the last underground barrier that restricted the opening and operation of the whole line. Gan Qing Tunnel is located in Dongzhen, wenxi county, Yuncheng City. It is designed as a single-hole double-line tunnel with a total length of 6693 meters. The maximum excavation section of this tunnel is 187.08 square meters, with 330 meters crossing the water-rich sand-soil composite stratum, which has poor stability and is prone to collapse or large deformation of tunnel support caused by water inrush and mud sand. Moreover, this kind of tunnel with super-large cross-section and super-long cross-section is the first case in related projects. Especially the 330m-long ⅵ-class surrounding rock between the two working faces of 1 inclined shaft and No.2 inclined shaft is in danger of water inrush, sand gushing and mud gushing for many times in the construction process, and the daily maximum water inflow reaches 3,777 cubic meters, so it is difficult to control the convergence of initial support settlement, and the construction progress is seriously restricted.

In view of the problems existing in the construction, the project department vigorously carried out scientific and technological research, actively carried out on-site test and detection, and further optimized the technical scheme. After nearly 40 months' efforts by the employees of China Railway 12th Bureau, the construction has achieved a comprehensive victory. The completion of the tunnel laid a solid foundation for ensuring the opening of Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line as scheduled from July 2065438 to July 2004.

■ Pingyao Bridge

Pingyao (across Fenping Expressway) Extra Large Bridge on Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line, with total length of 13200m and span of ***439, was built by Daxi Project Department of Group 5 of China Railway Construction 15th Bureau. The bridge is the control project of the -5 section of Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line built by China Railway 15th Bureau Group before the war, and it is also the key project of the whole Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line. The construction speed of the bridge is directly related to the construction progress of the entire Daxi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line.

In the early stage of the bridge construction, under the careful organization of Daxi Project Department of the Fifth Company of China Railway 15th Bureau Group, it made rapid progress and successfully achieved the goals of each node. However, several ultra-high voltage lines cross the line, which not only affects the box girder erection of the bridge, but also directly affects the pile foundation construction at the lowest place. Because these lines belong to the more important power grid lines in North China, it is very difficult to move and modify them. With the passage of time, these lines have gradually become the bottleneck of the construction of the bridge and even the entire Daxi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line.

With the strong support of relevant departments and the understanding and help of local people, these lines were relocated in May, and Hawking Second Ring Road was the last one. The final elimination of this construction bottleneck has created conditions for the construction of the Daxi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, and the builders can finally let go. This is undoubtedly good news for the builders and beneficiaries who are responsible for the construction of the passenger dedicated line after its completion.

■ Jinshan Yellow River Bridge

201210/2 The longest and largest bridge across the Yellow River-Datong-Xi 'an Passenger Dedicated Line was successfully completed.

It is understood that the Shanxi-Shaanxi Yellow River Bridge connects yongji city, Shanxi Province and Heyang County, Shaanxi Province, and is one of the key control projects of the "Three Tunnels and One Bridge" on the Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line. The total length of the bridge is 9969 meters, which spans the Yellow River from west to east and connects Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces. At present, it is the longest and largest bridge for high-speed railway crossing the Yellow River in China, and it can be called "the first high-speed railway bridge of the Yellow River".

There are 175 piers in the whole bridge of Shanxi-Shaanxi Yellow River Bridge, most of which are thin-walled hollow high piers over 45 meters, and the underground depth of pile foundation exceeds 100 meters. The cost of the whole bridge is 19 1 100 million yuan, with an average of nearly 200 million yuan per kilometer.

Jia Dongrong, deputy commander of the headquarters of Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line 1 1 Bid Section of China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau, said that because the bridge is located on a wandering river, the depth of engineering piles is high, the span is large, and at the same time it passes through the National Wetland Forest Park, these factors make the engineering technical difficulty, safety risk and environmental protection requirements very high.

According to Kang Wei, chief design engineer of Shanxi-Shaanxi Yellow River Bridge and senior engineer of China Railway No.1 Survey and Design Institute, the bridge passes through Qiachuan National Scenic Area and the edge of the Yellow River Wetland, and there are more than 60 rare birds and bird populations along the line, such as swans, gray cranes, white cranes and mandarin ducks. To this end, a 7.5-kilometer sound barrier was specially set on both sides of the bridge, which effectively isolated the possible interference of noise on bird habitats while preventing high-speed trains from hitting birds.

The closure of Shanxi-Shaanxi Yellow River Bridge marks another solid step for Datong-xi 'an passenger dedicated line to be fully completed and opened to traffic. After the completion of 20 14 Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line, it will be closely connected with Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Passenger Dedicated Line, Taiyin Bank Railway, Longhai Passenger Dedicated Line and Xicheng Passenger Dedicated Line, and become an important part of the national rapid passenger transport network.

■ Hanxinling Tunnel

Hanxinling, located in Gaobi Village, Nanyan Township, Lingshi County, Shaanxi Province, is named after the location of Han Xin's tomb, with an altitude of1.200m.. It is an ancient official road in Qin and Han dynasties, with high mountains and steep cliffs. Its geographical position is very dangerous: it is the throat of north-south traffic, and it has always been a battleground for military strategists, and is known as the "Sichuan-Shaanxi thoroughfare". With the construction of Daxi Passenger Dedicated Line, Hanxinling Tunnel in this area is listed as one of the special key projects of "Three Tunnels and One Bridge" on the west line of Daxi by the Ministry of Railways because of its complicated geological conditions, and it is a "bottleneck project" for the whole line of Daxi. The tunnel is a karst tunnel with karst development, and there are bad geology such as confined water, broken zone and pebble soil passing through the loose structure. Most of the tunnels are Grade IV and V surrounding rocks, which are Grade I high-risk tunnels. Design import and export three work areas, three inclined shafts and eight working faces for construction. The total length of the tunnel is 7260m, of which 1 #-2 # inclined shaft 1225m.

■ Majiazhuang Tunnel

Tunnel geological conditions are complex, construction is difficult and safety risks are high. ■ Qiaojiashan Tunnel

Its breakthrough marks an effective breakthrough in key and difficult projects across the line, laying a solid foundation for the opening and operation in 20 14.

Qiaojiashan Tunnel, built by Daxi Project Department, is a high-risk tunnel on Daxi Line, with a total length of 6.5 kilometers and a minimum buried depth of 4.7 meters. It has the characteristics of long line, large span and complicated geology, and is a comprehensive control project. Qiaojiashan Tunnel crosses a large fault 18, with collapsible loess1.435m and rheological swelling rock of 3535m.. The soil is soft and easy to deform, and there are many hidden dangers in construction. In order to ensure safe and rapid construction, the tunnel team led by project manager Zhou Haiying creatively adopted the construction methods of long tunnel and short tunnel, and set up three inclined shafts and eight working faces in the whole tunnel to start excavation.

■ Yanmenguan Tunnel

20 13 On April 30th, the supporting project of Daqin Railway, a key project in the 11th Five-Year Plan, and the single-hole double-track tunnel of Yanmenguan on Beitongpu Line were successfully connected.

Yanmenguan Tunnel is a straight-line control project in Beitongpu, with a total length of 14.085 km. It is designed as a single-hole double-line tunnel. The geological conditions of tunnel surrounding rock are complex, which are mainly manifested in large deformation of soft rock with high geostress, fault fracture zone, water inrush and mud outburst. The designed daily water inflow of the whole tunnel is 29,800 m? /d, the actual water inflow is much larger than the designed water inflow, and it is under pressure, and water inrush and mud outburst have occurred many times, so it was listed as an extra-high risk tunnel by the former Ministry of Railways. China Railway 12th Bureau and China Railway 17th Bureau undertake the task of tunnel construction.

Yanmenguan Tunnel started construction in February 2007. By vigorously promoting standardized management, strengthening on-site management and implementing the wharf responsibility system, the safety and quality of tunnels are always under control. Successfully crossed 36 fault fracture zones and 19 geophysical low-resistivity zones, and overcame 2 1 large-area water inrush and 9 mud outburst without any quality accidents.

Datong-Xi 'an Railway Yuanping West-North Tongpu Line Project

At present, the project started in the second quarter of 20 15 and was undertaken by China Railway 12th Bureau Group.

General situation of the project: the original Pingxi-Beitongpu section of Datong-Xi 'an railway connecting line starts from the newly-built Shang Gang line station with DK 152+600 of the third and fourth lines of Beitongpu, and the left line crosses the bypass section of the third and fourth lines of Jianbei Tongpu to DK 152+600 of Daxi, which is a double line, and then crosses Dayun Expressway and Dayun Highway (south). The length of main line foundation is 6. 184km (including long-term reserved line synchronous test section 1.853km, single line 1.33 1km), and the length of Daxi right line bypass (single line) is 3. 163km. There is a 10 199.28m/2 double-line extra-large bridge with two continuous beams with spans of (60+ 100+60)m and (40+64+40)m, and a small double-line frame bridge with a top square meter 144. 46 10.8 1m/2 single-track extra-large bridges, 2 single-track medium bridges 166.72m/2 prefabricated double-track box girders, 30 1 holes prefabricated single-track pipe T-beams 15 1 holes and culverts 28.
