Will the resignation loan be "stopped" during the repayment of public loans?

If you leave your job during the repayment period after handling the provident fund loan, and the new unit fails to pay the provident fund, what about the previous mortgage? Will the account be cancelled? Can I pay the provident fund in my own name?

situation

Miss Zhang, a citizen, recently encountered something that made her happy and sad. Happily, a company she has long admired recently extended an olive branch to her, and the salary and benefits provided by the company also made Miss Zhang very satisfied. This job-hopping is undoubtedly a big surprise for Miss Zhang years ago. But the other party told her that there was no housing provident fund. This made Miss Zhang have a question mark in her heart. Without the housing provident fund, what about the mortgage she handled with the provident fund?

It turned out that two years ago, Miss Zhang used the housing provident fund to handle the mortgage. Although the unit pays a small amount of housing provident fund every month, the interest on her mortgage with provident fund is much lower than that on commercial loans. Miss Zhang is very worried. If the new unit has no provident fund, what about her current mortgage? Will it be closed by the provident fund center?

Paying back the money on time does not affect the repayment of the loan.

A friend told Miss Zhang that if her new unit has no provident fund, then her provident fund will be closed and her loan must be converted from provident fund loan to commercial loan. Such an answer also made Miss Zhang, who was originally ready to quit, hesitate.

"You can continue to provide monthly provident fund payments without changing commercial loans." A staff member in charge of personal credit in a commercial bank said that if Miss Zhang has already applied for a provident fund loan, she can continue to deposit and repay the loan. Miss Zhang's worry is totally unnecessary. However, after Miss Zhang applies for a good loan, she must repay it monthly or in advance. The suspension of the provident fund loan has not affected the repayment of the loan, but make sure that there is money in your account to repay the loan every month.

Relevant persons of the Provident Fund Center also said that if Miss Zhang's application for provident fund loan has been approved and all procedures have been completed, it will not affect the provident fund loan when she resigns or the provident fund is suspended and sealed, but the money should be deposited in the loan card on time to avoid affecting the deduction of the loan.

It is also suggested that Miss Zhang should repay the first home loan before resigning to ensure that the provident fund loan will not be affected. Because now I can't make up the provident fund in my own name. If I change my company, another company can't make up the provident fund for the period before I came to work in the company because of the labor contract. Provident fund loans can only be approved if they meet the requirements, and the interest is lower than that of commercial loans. The lender finally meets the requirements and shall not blindly switch to commercial loans.

Individuals are also expected to pay housing provident fund.

Indeed, buying a house with a provident fund loan is believed to be the first choice for many property buyers. It is worth mentioning that recently, the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council published the revised draft of the Regulations on Housing Provident Fund Management (referred to as the "Draft for Review") for public comments. It has been 13 years since the last revision of the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund in 2002. With the change of China's economic environment and the rapid development of the real estate market, some urgent problems have been exposed in the implementation of the housing provident fund system. This revision will improve the original regulations.

Moreover, the "Draft for Review" has further relaxed the scope of people who pay the provident fund. At present, the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund stipulates that only employees of formal units can pay housing provident fund, and individuals and units can pay it at the same time. Self-employed and freelancers cannot pay provident fund, nor can they enjoy policies such as provident fund loans.

In the newly published "Draft for Review", it is proposed that in addition to units and employees, individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees and other flexible employees can also pay the housing provident fund by individuals and enjoy the rights of withdrawal and loan, which is undoubtedly a great advantage for some flexible employees.
