4. Individuals, spouses and minor children have no housing in cities and towns from 1 year before the promulgation of these Measures to the date of application, and have not enjoyed relevant preferential housing policies (including resettlement subsidies);
5. Applicants, spouses and minor children who have enjoyed government-purchased (built) public housing, fund-raising cooperative housing, housing for needy people, affordable housing, land-grant housing and housing subsidies issued by institutions such as universities may not apply for housing subsidies for high-level talents.
Hangzhou housing subsidy application:
1. Fill in the talent identification form before submitting the housing subsidy application;
2. Click the "Apply for Housing Subsidy" button on the website to jump to the page where the housing subsidy declaration form is filled in, and click the "Apply" button to fill in the relevant information of the person who needs to apply for housing subsidy;
3. After filling in, you can view, delete, modify and print promotional materials, and query the progress of the filled materials;
4. Click "Upload Proof Materials" to upload proof materials. After uploading, click the "Save Material" button to support the successful uploading and saving of materials;
5. Click "Submit", and the application for housing subsidy has been submitted successfully, waiting for pre-examination.
