1. Open the JD.COM app on your mobile phone, enter your account number and password, and log in.
2. After logging in to JD.COM's homepage, select Me in the lower right corner to enter the personal center interface.
3. Enter the personal center interface, find tools and services in the middle of the page, and then click the customer service inside.
4. Enter the customer service center page. There are telephone customer service, online customer service and service progress at the bottom. We click on the telephone customer service on the far left.
5. Enter the telephone customer service interface, and a welcome prompt will appear at the beginning. This is your order. We click on the order you want to buy for consultation, and then choose the next consultation.
6. Enter the detailed customer service interface of the product interface, and we select the question for consultation.
7. After selecting the question to consult, a list with your mobile phone number will pop up at the bottom of the interface. You can choose to call the hotline directly for consultation.
8. If you choose customer service to call back, we will receive a call back from the customer service staff in JD.COM within 24 hours, and then you can consult.
9. You can also log in to JD directly by computer. COM website and enter the help center > featured services > contact customer service > telephone customer service to check the customer service phone number for related consultation.
