After the Russian October Revolution, Marxism spread widely in China. Li Dazhao, Chen Duxiu, Mao Zedong and other advanced elements in China accepted Marxism and combined it with the developing workers' movement in China. They propagate Marxism among workers, explain revolutionary principles and organize workers to fight. On this basis, some early party organizations were established in various places, namely, Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Changsha, Guangzhou and Jinan. In addition, China industrialists living in Japanese and French also set up such organizations. At that time, these organizations were called by different names, some called the * * * production party, and some called the * * * production party group or branch. Because of the same nature, it was later collectively referred to as * * * production group. After the establishment of * * * production groups in various places, they actively devoted themselves to promoting the combination of Marxism-Leninism and the workers' movement in China, so that the conditions for the formal establishment of the * * * production party in China were ripe.
1921June, Shanghai * * * production group informed local * * production groups to send representatives to Shanghai to hold the first national congress of China * * * production party. In late July, representatives from other places arrived in Shanghai one after another, except that the French team was unable to send representatives because of the long distance. Because the revolutionary activities were in a secret state at that time, the foreign representatives attending the meeting arranged to live in a private Bowen girls' school temporarily rented in the name of Peking University summer vacation tour group.
The central topic of the conference is the formal establishment of the China Producer Party.
Seven meetings were held before and after the first National Congress of the Party. * * * International representatives Marin and Nicolschi attended the meeting on the first day (Marin later attended the sixth meeting). On behalf of * * * Production International, they expressed warm congratulations on the convening of the conference, and Ma Lin also introduced the situation of * * * Production International. Then the meeting schedule was drawn up. At the meeting on 24th, representatives from all over the country reported their work and exchanged experiences. From 25th to 26th, the Congress adjourned, and the Party Program Drafting Committee drafted the Party Program and future work plan. From 27th to 29th, the Congress continued to discuss the Party's program and work plan in detail for three consecutive days. National delegates basically reached agreement on major issues such as the nature, program and organizational principles of the party. On the evening of 30th, when the sixth meeting was held, a strange man suddenly broke into the meeting place. When asked, he replied that he had gone to the wrong place. In fact, this man is a spy in the patrol room of the French Concession. His behavior alerted the participants. The meeting was immediately interrupted and the delegates quickly parted ways. Ten minutes later, the French patrol came, surrounded and searched the venue, but found nothing. That night, the delegates discussed changing the meeting place. At the suggestion of Mrs. Li Da (Jiaxing, Zhejiang), they decided to go to Nanhu, Jiaxing to end their last meeting. On July 3 1 day, the delegates came to Nanhu and held the seventh meeting on the cruise ship. The meeting adopted the party program of China Producers' Party and the resolution on the current practical work, and elected the party's leading body. At this point, the party's first national congress was successfully concluded.
The main contents of the party program adopted by the Party's "First Congress" include: determining the name of the party as China * * * Production Party; The nature of the party is a proletarian party; The party's goal is to overthrow the bourgeois regime with the proletarian revolutionary army, eliminate capitalist private ownership, rebuild the country by the working class, and recognize the dictatorship of the proletariat until the class struggle is over, that is, the class differentiation in society is eliminated; The basic task of the party is to engage in various activities of the workers' movement and strengthen the research and leadership of trade unions and workers' movements; The Party's organizational regulations stipulate that unified organization and strict discipline should be established throughout the Party, and local organizations must accept the supervision and guidance of the Central Committee.
The Resolution on Current Practical Work adopted by the First National Congress in communist party, China, determined that the central task after the founding of the Party is to organize trade unions, educate workers and lead the workers' movement, and put forward provisions or requirements for the tasks, principles, policies and methods of the Party leading the workers' movement.
The leading organ of the Party in the "First National Congress" election is the Central Bureau. Although Chen Duxiu did not attend the meeting, the meeting elected him as the secretary of the C.O. because of his influence and prestige in promoting socialism at that time and his contribution as one of the main founders of the party. The other two leaders of the C.O. are Li Da and Zhang, who are responsible for organization and publicity.
The first National Congress in communist party, China officially announced the birth of China Productivity Party. Since then, a brand-new and unified proletarian political party has emerged in China, with Marxism–Leninism as the action guide. Therefore, the proletariat in China has a fighting headquarters, the working people in China have the hope of turning over and liberating, and the China revolution has a new look.
Because the "First Congress" of the Party was held in July, it is difficult to find the archives of the war years, and the specific opening date cannot be verified. Therefore, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of 194 1, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China officially stipulated that July of 1 is the birthday of the Party.
