4. The three major telecom operators of China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile, as well as two major Internet companies of Tencent and Ali, all sent personnel to undertake the emergency call, shutdown, blocking and interception of telephones, websites, illegal domain names, QQ, micro signals and IP involved.
5. The Center undertakes a series of research, investigation and joint crackdown on telecommunication network fraud cases in Shenzhen, focusing on investigating major trans-provincial telecommunication network fraud groups, and carrying out international law enforcement cooperation against telecommunication network fraud under the command of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Public Security Department.
