Jiuding in Dayu period
This Jiuding is Jizhou Ding, Yanzhou Ding, Qingzhou Ding, Xuzhou Ding, Yangzhou Ding, Jingzhou Ding, Yuzhou Ding, Liangzhou Ding and Yongzhou Ding. On the tripod, there are famous mountains, rivers, beasts and birds in each state. Jiuding symbolizes Kyushu, in which Yuzhou Ding is the central tripod and Yuzhou is the central hub. Jiuding concentrated in Yangcheng, the capital of Xia Dynasty, to show that Wang Dayu in Xia Dynasty became the master of Kyushu, and the world was unified from then on. Jiuding then became a place of "destiny", a symbol of supremacy of kingship and national unity and prosperity. Dayu called Jiuding the treasure of the town house, and when the governors from all sides came to appear before him, they all paid homage to Jiuding. Since then, Jiuding has become the most important ritual vessel in China.
