Zheng Jinhua, male, Han nationality, from Shaodong, Hunan,19621,graduate student, doctor of engineering, professor, party member. He used to be a professor and doctoral supervisor at Xiangtan University School of Information Engineering. He is currently the Director of Personnel Department of Xiangtan University. From 2065438 to September 2005, he was nominated as the candidate for the third Committee of Hengyang Normal University and served as the vice president of Hengyang Normal University.
