Recommend a five-month study plan for passing the French exam that I gave guidance to others.
The first is to make a study plan.
People who are working often stop studying after graduation from school. It is necessary to make a study plan. But you can't plan this study plan out of thin air. At present, teaching AIDS have various courses for reference. My suggestion is to follow an online course plan and make adjustments according to your own situation. For example, you can buy a learning package series, which contains courses such as Ding Houda (or Da Rui), books and online courses. The study package of 20 18, regardless of the size of Da Rui, is more than 800 sets, which is actually acceptable for on-the-job candidates. This price is only a fraction of a month's salary.
The second is to adopt a step-by-step and go hand in hand learning method.
There are many subjects in the legal professional qualification examination, involving dozens of legal and judicial interpretations. Appropriate learning methods should be adopted. At present, most study packages divide the course into eight parts, which are handled by eight lecturers. What I suggest is to adopt the following learning methods.
The first round of review (2 months, 6 hours a day on working days, rest days 10 hours, and the review time will be the same in subsequent rounds).
The first part reads criminal law books and videos.
The second section reads civil law books and videos to do the real questions of criminal law
In the third section, read administrative law books and videos to do real questions of civil law and review wrong questions of criminal law.
The fourth section reviews the mistakes in civil law and criminal law by reading business books and videos.
And so on to complete the study of 8 subjects. About the study of each class, it is a subject of reading and watching video calculation, which takes 1 week. Among them, civil law and criminal law require more time, which can be increased to about 10 day as appropriate. After the last section, you need some time to do the questions and review the wrong ones. It will take about 2 months altogether.
It should be noted that it is very important to review the wrong questions, which does not mean that we must remember the knowledge points carefully (this is not the focus of the first round), but just remember the general content. Make sure that no subject is put down for more than a week: the interval between reading and watching videos, doing real questions and reviewing wrong questions is not more than a week.
Because I am a beginner, I will encounter many wrong questions and difficulties at this stage. Don't spend too much time on these wrong questions that you haven't understood after reading and analyzing them. Mark all the wrong questions, then look at the analysis and put them in the past. The first round of review time is very tight. The most important thing is to understand the knowledge system structure of the legal professional qualification examination and make clear the key points, difficulties and knowledge points you know. Generally speaking, this round of review will be slower than the course of study package. Because this study plan is made for illegal international students, it is normal that it will lag behind the progress of the study package mainly designed for French international students. The delay should not exceed two and a half months at most.
The second round of review (one month) does the real questions.
The daily time is divided into two parts: 1, doing 2-3 real questions every day, watching the analysis, and then watching the video course. 2. Look at the wrong questions that did the real questions the day before.
I still have to do all the real questions this round, even if I did it right the first time before, I still have to do it. Because sometimes candidates may confuse the knowledge points, it is also important to know what they have mastered. Generally, the video course of real questions will indicate a video to explain several real questions, so when doing real questions, we should follow this number. After reading the analysis, I will immediately deepen my impression of the knowledge points through a video (probably about 1 hour, 10 or more) and solve possible doubts at the same time. Because the main purpose of the second round is to do problems, all subjects do problems at the same time, which is easy to be confused. In particular, criminal proceedings, civil proceedings and administrative proceedings cannot be conducted at the same time. You can choose criminal law+civil procedure, three kingdoms law+criminal procedure, which are two subjects with low correlation, to do the problem together. Eight subjects, it takes a month as a whole. Some of these subjects, such as theoretical law, may take a shorter time and can be handed over to criminal law and civil law. Some real questions are done correctly, and the text analysis after the questions can be understood, so watching video analysis should be faster.
The third round of review (one month), watch the video of intensive reading class, then sort out the knowledge and do the wrong questions again.
Generally, you watch 5 or 6 videos every day (because you can watch more videos on rest days, and because you have learned all the knowledge points in the first round of review, you can watch videos faster, such as 1.2 or 1.3 times). Do all the wrong questions in the real questions. Only the wrong questions are made here (analyze them immediately after reading one or several chapters). I ignored the first two questions, and I will leave them alone in the future. The number of wrong questions this time will be greatly reduced. So there is plenty of time.
The fourth round of review (until the exam) to do simulation questions. Look at the knowledge points of real questions and wrong questions.
Do a simulation question or a video topic first, and then watch the analysis (if any). Because it is a simulation question and the time is close to the exam, there may be no books published at this time, so printed materials should be used. At the same time, the analysis may not be found. It is best to watch the supporting analysis video immediately after completing the problem. Pay attention to the wrong questions when reading the real questions. Don't look at the analysis at this time. You should immediately find the knowledge points along the wrong questions and review the knowledge points. Generally speaking, at this stage, the exam is coming. Teachers in training institutions will learn about the trend of legal professional qualification examination from various channels, so there will be targeted training on simulation questions. So the simulation questions are also very important. After reading the wrong questions in the real and simulated questions, repeat the wrong questions and review the knowledge points, so it's basically time for the exam.
If the fourth round of review time is sufficient, you can also watch some sprint courses before the exam. But this is the icing on the cake, and it is best to focus on simulation questions and real questions. Generally speaking, according to this plan, knowledge will be systematically studied twice, real questions will be done twice in an all-round way, wrong questions will be read 3 or 4 times, text analysis 1 time, simulated questions will be done and analyzed (mostly video analysis) 1 time, and the review will be sufficient. On-the-job personnel don't have so much time, so they often fall behind in the third round. At this time, you can give up the intensive video of the third round of review and stop watching it. This will save more time.
It is worth noting that the legal professional qualification examination has a large amount of knowledge and takes a long time. So the sooner you start, the better. On-the-job personnel need to start early because of limited study time. If we start from 1 month, it will be sufficient. Of course, when I answered the question, it was already 1 in May 2020, and there might be about 130 days before the French exam, or more than four months. Don't worry, act now. According to the plan I said, it will be all right after the basic implementation, and it will pass. The French exam is not difficult.
