Legal basis: Article 63 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the dispatched workers have the right to equal pay for equal work with the same type of employees of the employing unit, and shall not be discriminated against in wages just because they belong to labor dispatch. If the employer does not have the same type of workers, it shall determine the wages of the dispatched workers with reference to the labor remuneration of the same or similar positions of the employer.
