The most difficult part is actually that Peng Liguo mobilized his parents and his wife to work together when faced with the difficulties of no funds, no sales and no manpower at first. Take rice samples to Tianjin, Hebei and other places to find markets, because the quality of rice ground by aging machines is very poor, it is difficult to open up sales in the market for a time. There is a backlog of rice on credit at home, loan funds for building factories, and debt collectors are coming to you one after another. He appeased the debt collectors. At this time, it was introduced by others that some customers in Xinjiang wanted to cooperate with Peng Liguo, and the customers paid for the sales, and Peng Liguo went out to process it for him. The complementarity of cooperation between the two sides has solved the urgent need at once. He learned by doing, and he and Xinjiang customers visited the northwest Yangtze River and other places, from which they mastered the market information and rice market. He mastered many tricks, learned product skills and opened up sales channels.
In 2006, after the customers in Xinjiang quit, he completely mastered the whole process of collection, increase and sales, not only paid off the foreign debt, but also accumulated some funds. He abandoned his old site, built a new factory with an area of 2,300 square meters and a workshop area of 1.200 square meters on a piece of land adjacent to the highway, purchased new equipment worth 700,000 yuan, processed more than 5,000 tons of rice annually, and registered "Shuangheyuan" brand rice.
In 2009, Peng Liguo did not forget that he was a party member in the activity of "Consolidating the Foundation of Rural Party Organizations and Improving the Quality of Rural Grassroots Cadres" organized by provinces and cities. He takes starting a business to get rich as his own responsibility and leads the surrounding villagers to get rich. He bought rice from farmers in surrounding villages at a price higher than the market price, so that farmers could sell it at a good price without leaving home. After expanding the scale, he absorbed 15 farmers with family difficulties to work in the factory, each with an annual salary of about 12000 yuan. Because of his kindness and honest management, his "Shuangheyuan" brand rice is exported to Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Hebei, Tianjin, Inner Mongolia and other places. He also produced bags, barrels, boxes and other large, medium and small packages according to market demand, and processed and produced brands of rice such as "Northeast Teyomi", "Gong Yu Long Grain Rice", "Fengyou 307", "Double Lotus Rice Duck Rice", "Super Small Grain King" and "Northeast Specialty Long Grain Xiang", which were favored by foreign markets.
Although he has achieved initial success, he is not satisfied with the status quo. He found that although his products opened the market, with the continuous improvement of people's consumption level, the existing products could not meet the market demand and the price was low. Through many market surveys, he found that in order to improve competitiveness, while constantly improving rice quality, it is necessary to introduce and popularize high-quality rice varieties and sign order contracts with the public. In 2009, Peng Liguo was rated as "National Entrepreneurship Model" by Siping Municipal Government because of its outstanding performance and strong driving role.
