Dandong Passenger Station was completed and put into use in 1993, covering an area of 5,286 square meters, with a parking space of 2,960 square meters, a ticket office of 24 1 square meters, a waiting room of118 square meters, 6 ticket windows and 9 ticket gates. The main facilities in the station are the waiting room for key passengers, the storage room for small articles, public toilets and color TV sets.
As well as air conditioning, LED shift income display screen (20 square meters), LED ticket checking guide display screen, "three products" safety instrument, wheelchair for the disabled, computer network ticketing, ticket checking, broadcasting and vehicle security inspection and other service facilities, Dandong Passenger Station currently operates 146 lines. It is a comprehensive service enterprise affiliated to Dandong Municipal Transportation Bureau, located at No.98 Shiwei Road, Zhenxing District, Dandong City.

Over the years, the passenger station has been rated as "civilized unit" by the provincial government, "advanced unit" by the Liaoning Provincial Communications Department and "civilized passenger station" by the Ministry of Communications. In 2003, it was awarded the "National May 1st Labor Award" and "Top Ten Units of Professional Ethics Construction for Workers in Liaoning Province" by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and passed the ISO900 1-2000 quality system certification.
In 2005, it was awarded the title of "AAA-level unit of human resource management integrity level of employers in Liaoning Province" by the Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security, Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Liaoning Provincial Federation of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Association. The business scope includes automobile passenger transport, tourist passenger transport, urban taxi passenger transport, leasing, automobile repair and other services.
