This major trains undergraduate primary school teachers with good political thinking, high cultural quality, strong service consciousness, advanced educational concept, solid theoretical knowledge and strong educational practice ability, who can adapt to multi-disciplinary teaching in primary schools and have strong educational research ability and certain artistic accomplishment. Graduates can teach Chinese, mathematics, music, fine arts and other subjects in primary schools, and engage in primary education research and education and teaching management.
