3. Those who fail the exam from 9: 00 to 9: 00 on March 15: 00 and fail to apply for other positions will be deemed to have given up their registration automatically; Candidates are requested to log in to the registration system in time after the registration and before the qualification examination, and pay attention to the qualification examination results; The results of qualification examination should be inquired by the candidates logging into the registration system, and the qualification examiners will not inform the candidates.
4. Payment confirmation.
After the applicants pass the examination, they must log in to the online registration system again from 9: 00 on March 4 to 20: 00 on March 9, and pay the examination fee 100 yuan; The registration will end after the candidate successfully pays the examination fee.

5. Print the admission ticket online.
Applicants who have paid the fee will log on to the Huludao Public Recruitment Network from 9: 00 on March 4, 2023 to 20: 00 on March 9, 2023, print the admission ticket and registration form (A4 paper, two copies each) and keep them properly.
After successful registration, candidates should properly keep the "examinee number" and "login password" so that they can log in when printing the admission ticket at any time later.
6. Precautions.

(3) Examination
The examination is divided into written examination, interview and physical fitness assessment.
The written test scores and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score, and the written test scores and interview scores are kept at two decimal places, and the third decimal place is calculated by rounding.
Physical fitness assessment is a passing assessment, and the results can reach the qualified line, and the results are not included in the total score.

2. Qualifications and interviews
(1) Determination of personnel entering the qualification examination.
After the minimum qualified score line of written test is determined, according to the ratio of recruitment plan 1: 1.5, according to the written test scores from high to low, the qualified candidates are determined to conduct pre-interview qualification examination, and the last one with tied scores is selected.
If the number of qualified candidates in the written test of a position fails to meet the above requirements, the candidates who actually reach the written test line will be included in the qualification examination.

Before the interview, the qualification examination working group of the Municipal Public Security Bureau will conduct on-site qualification examination for those who enter the qualification examination. Candidates must have:

The interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly evaluates the professional quality, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, language expression ability and manners of the candidates. Full score 100, 60 points are qualified, and those below 60 points will not be hired.
Candidates who fail to attend the interview within the specified time are deemed to have abstained automatically.

4. Physical fitness assessment
According to the order of the total score from high to low (if the total score is the same, it is sorted by the interview score), and the candidates who enter the physical fitness assessment are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits 1: 1.
Physical fitness assessment standards refer to the physical fitness assessment items and standards of the people's police employed by public security organs and other relevant documents.
The evaluation items are 10 m× 4 running back and forth, sit-ups (female), push-ups (male), vertical jump and touching height (attached with the "Physical Fitness Evaluation Standard for Auxiliary Police Recruitment").
Unqualified or vacant, according to the total score from high to low order (once).

(4) Physical examination
The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and candidates shall be organized to go to designated hospitals for physical examination, and the expenses required for physical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Re-examination contents are items that have an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination, and the re-examination can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

Accept social supervision, and those who have problems and are verified will not be hired.
(6) Employment
Sign a labor contract after publicity without objection. The initial signing period is 2 years (probation period is 2 months). After passing the training, they will be officially employed. Those who fail to pass the training or disobey the work assignment will be disqualified.
After the expiration of the labor contract, those who pass the examination will renew the contract, and those who fail will not renew the labor contract.
