Third, the treatment and management methods

2. The employment of auxiliary police personnel shall be managed by the labor contract system, and the daily work shall be arranged by the public security organ, and the annual assessment shall be undertaken by the employer.

3. The salary standard of the recruited auxiliary police personnel is 2080 yuan/month (including insurance paid by individuals), and the unit pays five insurances: pension, medical care, work injury, unemployment and maternity; Organize a physical examination every year, and the accommodation will be settled by itself.

4. Payment confirmation.

5. Print the admission ticket online.

6. Precautions.

Physical fitness assessment is a passing assessment, and the results can reach the qualified line, and the results are not included in the total score.

2. Qualifications and interviews

(1) Determination of personnel entering the qualification examination.

4. Physical fitness assessment

According to the order of the total score from high to low (if the total score is the same, it is sorted by the interview score), and the candidates who enter the physical fitness assessment are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits 1: 1.

Physical fitness assessment standards refer to the physical fitness assessment items and standards of the people's police employed by public security organs and other relevant documents.

The evaluation items are 10 m× 4 running back and forth, sit-ups (female), push-ups (male), vertical jump and touching height (attached with the "Physical Fitness Evaluation Standard for Auxiliary Police Recruitment").

(4) Physical examination

Re-examination contents are items that have an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination, and the re-examination can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

Those who fail to participate in the medical examination within the specified time shall be deemed to have abstained automatically.

(6) Employment

Sign a labor contract after publicity without objection. The initial signing period is 2 years (probation period is 2 months). After passing the training, they will be officially employed. Those who fail to pass the training or disobey the work assignment will be disqualified.

After the expiration of the labor contract, those who pass the examination will renew the contract, and those who fail will not renew the labor contract.
