Model personal car rental agreement

According to the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on Party A's renting of Party B's truck through friendly negotiation on the principle of equality, voluntariness and mutual benefit.

I. Vehicle and rental fees and deposit:

1. Party A rents a truck from Party B with the brand of _ _ _ _ _ and the license plate number of _ _ _ _. The lease term of the vehicle is _ _ _ _ years, counting from the date of signing this agreement.

2. The vehicle rental fee is RMB Yuan only (in words) per month, which shall be paid by Party A to Party B in one lump sum three months after the signing of this agreement, and shall be collected one month in advance thereafter, and Party A shall not delay it for any reason.

3. Both parties agree that Party A shall pay RMB (in words) as the security deposit for Party B's vehicle.

4. If Party A needs to continue renting the car, it shall notify the lessor Party B one month before the expiration. If Party B agrees, both parties shall negotiate separately and re-sign the car rental agreement.

Two. Rights and obligations of Party B:

1. The vehicles rented by Party B must go through relevant legal procedures, such as driving license, compulsory insurance, commercial insurance and road operation license. These related expenses shall be borne by Party B to ensure that Party A can use them normally.

2. Party B guarantees that all formalities must be within the validity period, and Party B shall be responsible for the annual review when it expires, and Party A shall cooperate with it.

3. Party B will not bear all the consequences caused by traffic accidents or other accidents during the lease period, including fines imposed by relevant departments.

4. Party B shall not bear the third-party responsibilities caused by the leased vehicle during the lease period.

5. Party B is responsible for the maintenance cost of the vehicle.

6. Party B's due rights and obligations stipulated by laws and regulations.

Finally, during the lease period, Party A shall be responsible for the daily inspection of brake fluid and coolant. If the vehicle breaks down or is abnormal during normal use, Party A shall immediately notify Party B or drive the vehicle to the repair shop designated by Party B. Party A shall not dismantle or replace the original equipment and parts of the vehicle by itself, and the accident liability and loss expenses caused by abnormal use shall be borne by the lessee.
