Dandelion think tank is a resource and consulting platform for principals and teachers, focusing on school innovation. Since its establishment in 2009, it has served 369 schools in 27 counties and cities, provided face-to-face training for 7,000 principals and trained 87 courses for 30,000 teachers. Since last year, a "PBL Alliance" has been organized. At present, there are 17 primary schools participating.
