The research center adopts the board management mode. The Council is the highest management body of the research center and manages the research center in accordance with its articles of association. The directors are elected by the joint meeting of member representatives and relevant management experts, and the number of members of the Council is three to seven, which may be increased or decreased as appropriate. Among them, the number of directors from the research field and the practice field should be basically equal. The board of directors has a chairman and a vice-chairman, who are elected by the board of directors. The term of office of the directors is three years, and they may be re-elected. The Council consists of an academic committee and an audit committee. The academic committee is responsible to the top management of the research center in academic research and management consulting. The audit committee is responsible for checking the finance of the research center and supervising the overall operation of the research center.
