2. Qualification examination
The American Institute in Shanghai conducts screening and qualification examination according to the emails received. After the primary election, the list of participants and related notices will be published on the website of Shanghai American Institute. Please pay attention to the inquiry.
3. written test
The written test is organized by Shanghai American Institute according to the job requirements.
The content of written test is mainly the basic theory and professional knowledge of related positions.
The written test time will be announced separately.
Step 4 interview
After the written test, the interview candidates will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 5.
The interview mainly adopts structured interview to test the candidates' professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality, and there are links such as defense and topic discussion.
Step 5 have a physical examination
Comprehensive written examination (accounting for 40% of the total score) and interview (accounting for 60% of the total score) selected candidates for physical examination. The physical examination standard refers to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
Step 6 investigate
The survey was organized by the American Institute in Shanghai, focusing on the candidates' ideological and political quality, moral quality, integrity record and law-abiding situation.
7. Determination and publicity of the personnel to be employed
According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the candidates will be publicized on the websites of official website of Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Shanghai Federation of Social Sciences and Shanghai American Institute for at least 7 days.
If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the Shanghai Federation of Social Sciences for approval, and then to the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing.
If there is any objection to the publicity, which affects the employment, the employment shall be determined according to the verification results.
