Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Automobile Sales
Article 9 When selling automobiles, spare parts and other related products, suppliers and dealers shall comply with relevant state regulations and standards, and shall not sell products prohibited by state laws and regulations.
Article 10 A dealer shall clearly state the price of selling automobiles, accessories and other related products and the charging standards of various services in an appropriate form at the business site, and shall not increase the price or charge additional fees beyond the marked price.
Article 11 Dealers shall clearly indicate the after-sales service policies such as quality assurance and warranty service that consumers need to know in their business premises, and dealers selling household automobile products shall also clearly indicate the "three guarantees" information of household automobile products in their business premises.
Article 12 When a dealer sells an automobile that is not authorized by a supplier or an imported automobile that is not authorized by an overseas automobile manufacturer, it shall give a written reminder and explanation to the consumer, and inform the consumer in writing of the subject who bears relevant responsibilities.
Without authorization or termination by the supplier, the dealer shall not engage in business activities in the name of the supplier's authorization to sell cars.
Article 13 After-sales service providers shall clearly state the technology, quality and service specifications of after-sales service to consumers.
