Second question: There is a gas pressure reducing valve only 5 meters away from the northwest corner of Building 10, which is too close to the owner and very dangerous. Request to move to a safe place far away from residential areas.

The third question: The west side of Building 10 is only 1 m, and the abandoned water pump house has occupied the green space for many years, so it needs to be demolished immediately.

The fourth question: the south gate (north-south direction) of the community is also the only gate. The only road to the outside world is not only narrow, but also leaks more than 1 month. The water flowing out at present is all ice. Because of this problem, when a fire broke out in Unit 2, Building 6, 12 and 15, the fire truck could not get in and was seriously injured. We demand that roads not only solve the problem of water leakage, but also completely expand and maintain, increase fire exits, eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure the personal safety of the people!

The other six major issues are as follows:

First, the planned kindergarten was changed to stop production, and the compensation has not been paid to the owner.

Second, 80% of the basement in the community has been rented out by the property without the consent of the owner.

Third, a batch of inferior screen windows that were replaced last summer broke as soon as they were poked. Beijing Urban Construction Development Corporation should be responsible for this.

Fourth, the house in the residential area 10 building has poor sound insulation. Beijing Urban Construction and Development Corporation should supplement this economically.
