Don't belong. Lefeng Plaza, located in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, is a shopping center developed by Baode Xin Real Estate Investment Management Company, so it is not state-owned. Haizhu District is located in the middle of Guangzhou, facing Liwan District, Yuexiu District and Tianhe District across the Pearl River in the north, and facing Huangpu District, Liwan District (including Fangcun) and Panyu District in the east, west and south respectively.
