There are two ways to tile.
Thin paste process paving method: ceramic tile paving method with ceramic tile binder as the main bonding material. Technically speaking, the wall should be leveled first; Ceramic tile adhesive is used to replace the traditional cement mortar as the adhesive for wall and ceramic tile. ? The material of the thin paste method is tile adhesive, which can be used directly by adding water. The quality standard is easy to control and the bonding strength is high. Workers operate conveniently and easily, and the bricklaying efficiency is greatly improved. However, the thin paste method needs to level the wall first, which is more than cement mortar paving. Although ceramic tile adhesive looks more expensive than cement and sand, its dosage is small, the construction speed is fast, and its comprehensive cost is about 20% less than that of traditional paving.
Traditional paving method: cement and sand are dry mixed at the ratio of 1: 2.5, and then water is added and stirred as the method of paving tiles. Compared with the thin sticking method, the traditional paving method saves the process of leveling the wall. After the wall is painted, you can lay tiles. It is difficult to control the quality of traditional paving materials, cement quality, sand thickness and mud content. In the process of mixing cement mortar, whether the mixture ratio is reasonable, whether the material dosage is in place and whether the mixing is uniform will affect the quality of cement mortar and lead to the quality problems of plastering and tiling. This operation requires higher skills of workers. Although the cost is low, the construction speed is slow.
