Log in to the WeChat public platform, click User Management, and create a new group;
After creating a new group, in the fan list, click Move to move the fans to the group;
Click "mass management", there will be "mass objects" on the right, and then select "mass" to find a new group, and you can send messages separately.
You can also directly click on the fan avatar and send a message to the fans separately.
