1965 moved from Beijing to Xingping City, Shaanxi Province.
1973 was renamed as the 13th Chemical Construction Company of the Ministry of Combustion and Chemical Industry.
1974, in order to build the first large-scale fertilizer plant imported from abroad, the company moved its headquarters from Xingping, Shaanxi Province to Cangzhou, Hebei Province.
1975 After March, the company was renamed as the 13th Petrochemical Construction Company of the Ministry of Petrochemical Industry, 13th Chemical Construction Company of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, 13th Construction Company of China Chemical Engineering Corporation and 13th Construction Company of China Chemical Engineering.
In April, 2007, according to the decision of China Chemical Engineering Corporation, the restructuring of the 13th Construction Company of China Chemical Engineering, the First Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Chemical Engineering and the Heavy Mechanization Company of China Chemical Engineering was completed by means of main business integration, asset allocation and administrative ownership. The name of the reorganized enterprise is the 13th Construction Company of China Chemical Engineering. In June 2008, the company was restructured and unveiled, and changed its name to China Chemical Engineering Thirteenth Construction Co., Ltd.
