From 65438 to 0995, Zhao attended the World Conference on Women held in Beijing and became a high-profile middle-level female official in Suzhou politics.
This newspaper learned that from June, 5438 to October, 2000, Zhao, who was at the peak of his career, invited the whole class of China Academy of Finance to get together in Suzhou. At that time, 4 1 students from all over the country attended the meeting, plus more than 50 spouses.

On the afternoon of May 14, 2008, the day after the Wenchuan earthquake, Suzhou held the activity "Our hearts are tightly together". Zhao, executive director of Suzhou Charity Federation, read "Our Hearts Are Together-Proposal for Charity Donation for Earthquake Relief" in the courtyard of the Municipal Party Committee.
