Main responsibilities:

1. 2. To study the specific operation methods of establishing the wage and income distribution system in modern enterprises, the combination of distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors, and the specific methods of human resource development and management.

3, to carry out labor wage consulting services. Enterprise-oriented, help design the reform plan of wage and income distribution system and human resource development and management plan, and provide policy consultation and other services.
