Traffic lines of Han-E Expressway

The highway runs through the "E-East Urban Agglomeration", starting from Zuo Ling, Wuhan, connecting with the left high-speed new bridge, intersecting with Wuhan Ring Expressway and Wuhan Third Ring Road in the west, connecting with high-speed railway station, Huanle Avenue, Zhongbei Road and Wuhan Second Ring Road, and connecting with gedian Economic Development Zone, Huarong District, Ezhou Economic Development Zone, Xishan Sub-district Office, Echeng District and Huahu Development Zone in the east longitude, and ending at the Huahu Hub interchange with Daguang Expressway and Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway. The total length is 54.75km, the design speed is 100km/h, there are 6 interchanges, 1 opposite service area, 1 opposite parking area, 1 monitoring management center, 1 maintenance work area, and 5 ramp toll stations, since September 2009.

Han-E Expressway and Ezhou two national highways (106, 3 16), two provincial highways (239, 1 12), E-Huang Yangtze River Bridge, Huang-E Yangtze River Bridge, E-Dong Yangtze River Bridge and four expressways in Ezhou (Daguang, Shanghai-Chongqing, Yin Fu, Hubei-Chongqing). With the opening of the Han-E Expressway, the time from Wuhan to Ezhou, Huangshi and Huanggang has been shortened to 30-40 minutes.

Han-E Expressway connects Ezhou, Huanggang, Huangshi and Wuhan in eastern Hubei, providing a good environment for the opening and development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the construction of urban agglomerations in eastern Hubei and the development of tourism circles in eastern Hubei.

As far as the whole province is concerned, after the completion of the expressway, the layout and structure of the expressway network in Hubei Province will be further optimized, and the traffic pressure brought by the traffic saturation of Huang Wu Expressway will be alleviated.

As far as Wuhan is concerned, with the completion of Wuhan Outer Ring Road and the opening of Wuhan Expressway and Zuogao Expressway, the traffic between the high-speed passenger dedicated line and Hankou, Qingshan and Wudong will go directly to the southeast coast through this project.

As far as Ezhou is concerned, its completion will further accelerate the interaction and integration between Donghu High-tech Zone and gedian Development Zone, promote Ezhou to undertake the industrial transfer of Wuhan, promote the overall coordinated development of regional economy, and play a positive role in promoting Ezhou's "integration of Wuhan, Hubei, Yellow River and transportation" and speeding up the construction of a comprehensive reform demonstration zone.

The comprehensive connection of Han-E Expressway will accelerate the process of traffic integration in Wuhan metropolitan area and further promote the comprehensive docking and integration of Ezhou and Wuhan in industrial layout, urban and rural construction, infrastructure, regional market, environmental protection and ecology. It is not only conducive to promoting the economic and cultural exchanges between Wuhan and Hubei with the development opportunity of building Wuhan into a national central city, but also conducive to comprehensively promoting the docking and integration of Wuhan and Hubei in various fields.

Han-E Expressway is the first expressway built by BOT (investment, construction and operation) through investor bidding in our province. On June 5438+February 3, 20071day, Guangdong Guangsheng Asset Management Co., Ltd. won the bid in one fell swoop through the national bidding. The company is a large state-owned enterprise under the jurisdiction of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangdong Province, and its business involves mining, hotels, electronic high technology, real estate construction and other fields. The company is strong, with total assets of nearly 80 billion yuan. It has a good reputation and business performance at home and abroad, and has the ability and experience to invest and manage large-scale projects. Three expressways in Han Cai, Daguangnan and Han 'e were built with a total investment of 654.38+0.2 billion yuan, which made great contributions to the infrastructure construction in Hubei. Guangsheng Company's investment in Ezhou BOT infrastructure project has an important demonstration role and guiding significance for promoting Ezhou's large traffic construction with new ideas and accelerating the pace of comprehensive reform demonstration.
