Generally speaking, the customs barriers involved in entering the Australian market are SAA, RCM and MEPs.
SAA Standards Australia International Limited is the only standard certification body in Australia. The organization was founded in 1922, and was later named Australian Federal Engineering Standards Association. 1929 was renamed Australian Standards Association. With the continuous development of business, quality assurance service Co., Ltd. has been added in 1990. 1999, the organization completely abandoned the nature of association and registered as a company.
SAA is an Australian safety certification mark and part of the newly certified RCM.
