1On February 26th, 1994, on the same day that representatives of the Chinese and Singaporean governments signed the Agreement between People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Republic of Singapore on Cooperation in the Development and Construction of Suzhou Industrial Park, China and Singapore signed the General Agreement on Suzhou Industrial Park Business, which laid the foundation for the establishment of Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. as a joint venture between China Suzhou Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (Chinese consortium) and Singapore-Suzhou Industrial Park Development Pte Ltd.. , Ltd. (Singapore Consortium) was formally established with the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on May 12, 1994 and the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on August/0/3, 1994. When the company was established, the total investment was US$ 654.38 billion and the registered capital was US$ 50 million, of which the Singapore Consortium contributed US$ 32.5 million, accounting for 65%. China consortium contributed17.5 million USD, accounting for 35%.

From 65438 to 0995, the total investment of the company increased from 1 billion to10.50 billion.

During the period of 1996, the company implemented capital increase, with the total investment increased to USD 300 million, the registered capital increased to USD 1 100 million, and the ownership structure remained unchanged.

1On June 28th, 1999, the working group of China and Singapore signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Development of Suzhou Industrial Park. According to the memorandum, on June 28th, 2006, the company adjusted the equity ratio of investors from China and Singapore, and adjusted the equity ratio of China Consortium and New Consortium from 35% to 65%. After the adjustment of the shareholding ratio, China will bear the main management responsibility.

In August 2005, the company completed the capital increase and share expansion, and the registered capital increased from $654.38+0 billion to $654.38+0.25 billion. The newly-increased capital was fully subscribed by three new shareholders, namely, Hua Gang Investment Co., Ltd., Xingong Group Private Co., Ltd. and Suzhou New Area High-tech Industry Co., Ltd. After the capital increase, the company's shareholders increased from two to five, of which the China Consortium and the Singapore Consortium were the first and second largest shareholders, holding 52% and 28% respectively, and the shareholding ratio of the three new shareholders was 20%.

On June 29th, 2008, Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. held its inaugural meeting. On June 30th, the joint-stock company was formally established.

The company is making every effort to prepare for the listing of A shares in China in 2009.

On June 24, 2009, with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, Jiangsu Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce registered, and Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. was renamed Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sino-Singapore Group").
