3. Be responsible for the qualification management, business management, organization code management, trademark management and foreign business qualification management of the group company and its subsidiaries, as well as the application, change, inspection, upgrade and maintenance of the above certificates.
4. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the formulation and improvement of the management system and workflow of each department and office of the Group Company, and urging the effective implementation of the management system.
5. Be responsible for establishing and perfecting the asset account, so that the accounts are consistent, and organize regular or irregular inventory of various production machinery, equipment, tools and materials; Assist each unit to formulate the allocation and lease plan of mechanical equipment and turnover materials, and supervise the implementation of the plan; Cooperate with leaders to review the procurement of mechanical equipment and bulk materials of each unit, and assist leaders to do a good job of balanced scheduling and backlog disposal; Keep track of the inspection results of mechanical equipment of each unit in time, master the dynamic and technical conditions of mechanical equipment, ensure the intact rate and utilization rate of equipment, and ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.
6. Be responsible for the certification of quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system.
7, responsible for providing legal advice and legal services for major business decisions of the group company; Responsible for contract management; Organize and handle all kinds of litigation and non-litigation legal affairs; Coordinate all units and functional departments to handle relevant legal affairs and review relevant legal documents; Responsible for organizing and carrying out legal education for employees.
