Supervisors may attend board meetings as nonvoting delegates and raise questions or suggestions on matters resolved by the board.
The board of supervisors and the supervisors of the company without a board of supervisors may investigate the company's abnormal operation; If necessary, an accounting firm can be hired to assist in the work, and the expenses shall be borne by the company.
Article 55
The board of supervisors shall convene a meeting at least once a year, and the supervisor may propose to convene an interim meeting of the board of supervisors.
The discussion methods and voting procedures of the board of supervisors shall be stipulated in the company's articles of association unless otherwise stipulated in this Law.
The resolution of the board of supervisors shall be adopted by more than half of the supervisors.
The board of supervisors shall make minutes of the decisions on the matters discussed, and the supervisors present at the meeting shall sign the minutes.
What are the requirements for the position of supervisor?
1, a person with full capacity for civil conduct;
2. He has not been sentenced for corruption, bribery or misappropriation of property;
3. Directors, factory directors and managers of companies and enterprises that have not gone through bankruptcy liquidation within three years;
4. There is no debt with a large amount that has not yet matured.
