Yes In 2005, CSRC issued "Guidelines for Training Senior Managers of Listed Companies". It is stipulated that senior managers of listed companies must receive continuing education and training organized by China Securities Regulatory Commission during their tenure. The training targets here include: chairman, directors, supervisors, independent directors, general manager, chief financial officer and secretary of the board of directors of listed companies.
