It was registered in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on February 20 10 with a registered capital of 480 million yuan. It was reorganized and established on the basis of the original China Stock Exchange System Co., Ltd., and was funded by the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Finance and nine financial institutions.
