Second, the improvement of vocational skills is limited. Jin Fei is in the downstream of vehicle manufacturing, but it is still an OEM. The design of wheel hub is basically the design drawings directly delivered by automobile enterprises, and now it can be produced according to the drawings. The production technology of wheel hub has been very stable and mature after a hundred years of development. It can be seen that there are few innovations in design and technology of flying hub, and there are few innovations for designers to learn. Hub manufacturing faces stable customers (after all, there are only a few cars). If it is a new salesman, it is basically a clerk of Dong Foreign Languages, and there are few opportunities to expand customers and get commission.

Third, there is a serious loss of employees at the bottom. Corresponding to the stability of middle and high-level employees is the serious loss of bottom-level employees. The working environment of foundry industry is poor and the risk factor is high. Moreover, three shifts are implemented today, that is, the machine does not stop for 24 hours, and the workers work in three shifts in the morning, noon and evening. Inverted jet lag is harmful to health and life. For Jin Fei, new college students are also low-level employees. The working experience in the first 3-6 months is actually not an experience, but a real job (salary or internship salary), which is a very miserable word. We found 130 college students this year and left about 10 after one year. Now, Fei doesn't want to leave college students, but will continue to recruit more than 100 college students in the next session. What is Jin Fei's talent strategy that I have been thinking about before? Why do you need to keep recruiting college students? After job-hopping, I think it recruits college students not to cultivate talents but to solve the problem of low-end labor. This enterprise doesn't need so many students at all, but lacks low-end labor. After all, the division of labor in the industrial chain is there.

Fourth, management is refined, rigorous and mechanized. Where is the competitiveness of Jin Fei hub? Not innovation, not design, not brand, not service. It is a product with low cost and stable quality produced by large-scale production, refined management and group operation. Talent management corresponding to product advantages must be low labor cost and mechanical inhuman work discipline.
