On July 2, Daya Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Daya Group") held a shareholders' meeting in the conference room on the third floor of Daya Group headquarters. The meeting was convened and presided over by Danyang Zhuorui Investment Management Co., Ltd., a shareholder representing more than one-tenth of the voting rights of Daya Group. The meeting was held in compliance with the Company Law and the Articles of Association of Daya Group, and Mr. Chen Xiaolong was elected as the director of Daya Group. At the same time, according to Article 14 in Chapter 5 and Article 32 in Chapter 7 of the Articles of Association of Daya Group, the shareholder Danyang Zhuorui Investment Management Co., Ltd. appointed Mr. Chen Xiaolong as the chairman and legal representative of Daya Group.
On July 10, Daya Group went through the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures according to law and obtained a new business license. At this point, following the unfortunate death of Mr. Chen, the former chairman of the board of directors of Daya Group, Mr. Chen officially became the director, chairman and legal representative of Daya Group and served as the president of Daya Group.
